How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes approximately 1 week from completion of the custom order. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the complexity of any customization requests. We ship domestically from the United States. International shipping will incur additional delivery time.
Can I create any type of jewelry?
Right now, our platform only creates rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. But contact us if you want to create something else, and we'll work with you directly to make it happen.
How long does production take?
Production typically takes 3-4 weeks for custom jewelry pieces. This timeframe allows us to carefully craft your unique piece. Complex customizations may require additional time. We'll let you know if your piece will take additional time. Feel free to email us before booking to confirm production schedules.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package's delivery status.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. There is no restocking fee.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
How long does it take to process a return?
We'll process the refund for your purchase within 48 hours of receiving your return. Refunds may take an additional 3-7 business days to process back to your account statement.
Do you guarantee your jewelry?
Absolutely! We hope to deliver a high-quality heirloom-quality piece and stand behind our work. We will repair any piece of jewelry free of charge within 6 months of purchase for any manufacturing defects. Alternatively, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team to arrange for repair of any manufacturing defects.
Can I return custom-designed pieces?
Yes! All purchases can be returned within 30 days, no questions asked.
Who designs your jewelry?
We design all jewelry in-house, leveraging both expert designers andgenerative AI to create custom 3D CAD models for your piece.
Where is your jewelry manufactured?
We partner with skilled artisans globally to create our pieces. For example, some of our gemstones are sourced from India, while production occurs in workshops in both India and China, depending on the specific techniques required for your custom piece.
Will my custom design be sold to others?
No, we will not sell your custom design to other customers or list it on our website. We may showcase your piece on our social media to highlight our design process and craftsmanship. If you prefer to keep your design private, please let us know when placing your order.
Do you offer discounts for multiple orders?
Due to the custom nature of our pieces, each requiring individual attention and craftsmanship, we typically don't offer discounts. Each piece is priced according to its unique materials, design complexity, and labor requirements.
Can you make pieces in solid gold?
Yes! All our pieces are crafted in solid gold by default, primarily using 14k gold. We also offer 10k, 18k, and 22k options. If you're interested in a specific karat, please contact us during the design process.
Do you work with sterling silver?
Absolutely! While we specialize in gold jewelry, we're happy to craft your custom piece in sterling silver.
Can you create gold vermeil pieces?
Yes, we can create gold vermeil pieces (gold plated over sterling silver).
Do you create engagement rings?
We absolutely love creating engagement rings! In fact, approximately half of our custom orders are engagement rings. We'd love to work with you to design a ring that captures your relationship's unique story.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including payment details, against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
How do I use the Chrome extension?
After installing our Chrome extension, you can select images on any website to get jewelry recommendations based on those images. You can also save favorites and customize jewelry directly through the extension.
